I’m referring a warehouse location in Portland, OR 97203 to a qualified operator. Quick site overview: ~51 warehouse employees Operating hours: Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturday: 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM Closed Sundays Important details: The location specifically wants a smart cooler setup I’ve deployed HAHA smart coolers at their California locations and have also referred other locations to vetted vendors I have an existing relationship with the client through these placements and referrals The site is not near food or beverage stores, which drives strong on-site demand They have specific service requirements, would like to use the same contract they signed with me, and expect a commission at this location (5% for sales over $500, no commissions if sales are under $500) They are very easy to work with and must use my existing contract..
