Is this a secured location or a lead?

How do location request bids work?
A location request bid is an offer by a location finder to conduct a private search for a specific vending location based on the operator's request. Only the recipient of the bid has access to buy the listing. It is not discoverable on the marketplace like other listings.
Is buying a location a one-time fee?
Yes, it is a one-time fee paid to the seller. Any agreements between you (the operator) and the location's property manager will be separate.
Why can't I see the location's business name and address?
The seller receives multiple requests from vendors for the location's business name and address. To ensure success for the vending operator, this information is shared only after you purchase the listing.
Is there a vendor currently at this location?
The description will specify whether this location needs replacing a vendor or if you would be its first vendor. Please note that even if you're replacing a vendor, the seller will likely not have the previous vendor's sales data.
How does the 100% money back guarantee work?
Once you make a purchase, the money is held in escrow via Stripe. Only once you (the buyer) confirm that you're ready to finalize the order, the money is released to the seller. Otherwise, as long as you cancel the order within 7 days of payment, the money is fully refunded to you.
Who handles the placement agreement with the location?
You (the operator) are responsible for providing a placement agreement. When you meet the location's property manager, be sure to have your placement agreement ready to send them for signing (if you require it).
How is the sale price determined?
The seller of this location sets the price based on factors such as foot traffic, hours of operation, proximity to competition and difficulty to secure.
What is included in the sale price of a location?
Included in the sale price is a warm introduction to the location's property manager. These locations want your machine!

How can I find out when new locations become available in my area?
You can fill out our location request form. This will subscribe you to email updates in your region, and notify our verified sellers of your interest.
When can I place my machine?
Once you purchase a location that needs a machine, the seller will request your availability to meet the location's property manager to arrange a meeting. Once you meet the manager you can coordinate a date to place your machine.
How profitable will a location be?
Profitability of a location can vary due to several factors: daily foot traffic, hours/days of operation, and proximity to other options. Overall, it's up to you to determine the opportunity of each location based on all the information provided in the listing.

How do I list a vending location for sale?
Once logged in, click "post your listing" at the top of the page. Follow the prompts to add all the important details about your vending location, set your price, and publish your listing.
What are the fees for selling on Vending Village?
You can list locations and services for free. A transaction fee is charged only when you make a sale. We charge a 20% platform fee ($100 minimum) plus 3% transaction fee (for credit card processing) on locations and location finding services. For example, if you list and sell a location for $1,000, you will receive $770 ($1,000, less $200 platform fee, less $30 transaction fee) upon a sale. Location Bids have a minimum $200 platform fee. Machines at locations (including ATMs) have a 10% platform fee.
How do I manage my listings on Vending Village?
You can manage your listings through your dashboard, where you can edit details, change prices, or remove listings if needed.
What should I do if I receive a negative review from a buyer?
We recommend reaching out to the buyer to resolve any issues.
How do payments work for sellers on Vending Village?
Payments from buyers are processed through our secure payment system and are held until the buyer finalizes the order (typically within 7 days). Once finalized, the buyer's card is actually charged and money is transferred to your bank account after a 14 days holding period. This article breaks down exactly how it works.
