Purchase price includes location, two machines in good working condition, two Nayax credit card readers and a soap vender in the laundry room. 2026 sales through 6/25/26: 2,879 (1,066 credit and 1,813 cash). Estimated total 2026 sales: ~6,000. Machines are a Wittern USI Combo Model 3626, which is about five years old and a Dixie Narco stack soda machine Model 501E. Also included is a two-column soap vender in the laundry room (for free). I do have the keys for this vender, but one of the locks will need to be drilled or fixed. Note: In general, it takes up to ten business days for Nayax to transfer credit card devices between operators. For credit card transactions that take place between the date of sale and the date of transfer, I will forward those funds to the new owner and provide sales documentation.
