Auto Repair Shop with 20-60 walk-ins daily. Shop host about 10 community events per year with hundreds of visitors. Just recently hosted a Cars & Coffee event which had a great turn out. More events planned for the year as well! Currently have a water dispenser and nearest convenience store is about a 45min walk or 8min drive. Business Hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. **Special Request by owners. PLEASE READ: -Commission: Asking for 10% based on GROSS SALES or fixed monthly fee + monthly reporting - They DO NOT participate in profit based or tiered commission structure. -Vendors must provide monthly reporting and payout. They are requesting the vendor to provide a simple agreement when finalizing sale to secure location. Owner is very excited about a vending machine for his shop and is ready to meet during business hours!
