A Trusted Seller is an agent who has completed a sale end-to-end on Vending Village - meaning a buyer finalized the order and the deal is officially closed. That milestone proves delivery and upgrades your status automatically.

What unlocks when you become a Trusted Seller

  • Service Listings - create “I will secure a location for you” offers so operators can hire you up front.

  • Bids - respond to incoming location requests and send custom bids in chat.

  • Skip PM Approval (when warranted) - move faster on deals where it makes sense.

  • Badge - a blue checkmark on your profile that signals trust to operators.

  • Promotion - inclusion in Vending Village promotion for Trusted Sellers.

How to become a Trusted Seller

Close your first deal. As soon as a buyer finalizes the order and you leave them a review, your account updates automatically and the features above turn on.

Before you’re a Trusted Seller, every new listing requires PM approval before it’s published. You saw this in training - what the PM receives and how it works. Even after you’re a Trusted Seller, we encourage PM approval for cold leads. It engages the PM early and strengthens the deal, even if it adds a step.
