How to become a Trusted Seller
Close your first deal. As soon as a buyer finalizes the order and you leave them a review, your account updates automatically and the features above turn on.
About Property Manager (PM) Approval
Before you’re a Trusted Seller, every new listing requires PM approval before it’s published. You saw this in training - what the PM receives and how it works. Even after you’re a Trusted Seller, we encourage PM approval for cold leads. It engages the PM early and strengthens the deal, even if it adds a step.

- Get a listing live, secure PM approval, work the conversations, and close your first deal. That first finalization flips you to Trusted Seller.
