Is buying a location a one-time fee?
Yes, it is a one-time fee paid to the seller. Any agreements between you (the operator) and the location's property manager will be separate.
Why can't I see the location's business name and address?
The seller receives multiple requests from vendors for the location's business name and address. To ensure sucess for the vending operator,this information is shared only after you purchase the listing.
Is there a vendor currently at this location?
The description will specifcy whether this location needs replacing a vendor or if you would be its first vendor. Please note that even if you're replacing a vendor, the seller will likely not have the previous vendor's sales data.
How does the 100% money back guarentee work?
Once you make a purchase, the money is hold in escrow via Stripe. Only once you (the buyer) confirm that you're ready to finalize the order, the money is released to the seller. Otherwise, as long as you cancel the order within 20 days of being introduced to the location's property manager, the money is fully refunded to you.

Who handles the placement agreement with the location?
