Estimated daily foot traffic is between 300-400. Nearest convenience store & gas station is about 7min walk Machine Type Requested: Combo - Possibly 2 machines (1 Snack & 1 Combo) Location has no vending machine currently and residents often have to walk to nearest convenience store for snacks and drinks. Community manager & tenants would REALLY like a new machine ASAP. Community manager is ready to meet with vending operator ASAP. **Note, the vending machine has to be placed outdoors on the property. Machine(s) will be placed outside leasing office with easy access to electrical outlet.
