They must be sold as package deal because they are sister locations, both in North Georgia. 1 in Ballground, GA and 1 in Canton, GA (about 15 minutes from Ballground). They make a nice route put together. I'm asking asset value plus 50% of average revenue from last two years, plus Cantaloupe card readers separately at $200 apiece (I can use them if you don't want/need them). Open to negotiation. Building 2 - Government Utility building Canton, GA 1 Coke Asset 8 Select Unknown sales - Card reader works and takes payments but won’t report (most likely an equipment or signal issue) Cash sales average around $1,500 a year. I included this in Location 2's numbers though. There is a card reader here though, so if you want that as well an additional $200.
