Is buying a location a one-time fee?
Yes, it is a one-time fee paid to the seller. Any agreements between you (the operator) and the location's property manager will be separate.
How does the 100% money back guarantee work?
Once you make a purchase, the money is held in escrow via Stripe. Only once you (the buyer) confirm that you're ready to finalize the order, the money is released to the seller. Otherwise, as long as you cancel the order within 20 days of being introduced to the location's property manager, the money is fully refunded to you.
Who handles the placement agreement with the location?
You (the operator) are responsible for providing a placement agreement. When you meet the location's property manager, be sure to have your placement agreement ready to send them for signing (if you require it).
What is included in the sale price of a location?
Included in the sale price is a warm introduction to the location manager. These locations want your machine!
Any agreements with the location in terms of signed placement agreements, commissions, or product selection are between you (the vending operator) and the location's property manager.
